📋 Description
• Koordiniere die globalen Service Desk-Aktivitäten • Übernehme das Eskalationsmanagement bei kritischen Incidents • Stelle die termingerechte Bearbeitung sicher • Sichere die Einhaltung von ITIL-basierten Prozessen sowie Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Optimiere kontinuierlich die Abläufe im Incident-, Problem- und Request-Management • Sei zentrale Anlaufstelle für interne Kunden, den IT-Betrieb sowie das Management • Erhebe und analysiere relevante KPIs und SLAs • Erstelle aussagekräftige Management-Reports • Überwache die Servicequalität global
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Service- oder IT-Service-Management-Umfeld, idealerweise mit globaler Ausrichtung • Fundiertes Wissen über ITIL-Prozesse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ITSM-Tools (z. B. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) • Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows, Microsoft 365 etc.) sowie technisches Verständnis für IT-Infrastruktur • Souverän im Umgang mit Stakeholdern auf allen Hierarchieebenen – von Mitarbeitenden bis zum Management • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (beide mind. C-Level)
