• Create high-performing digital ads that capture attention and drive conversions for e-commerce clients • Develop creative concepts during collaborative brainstorming sessions with the strategy team • Iterate and optimize ad creative based on performance data and client feedback • Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients • Stay current with social media trends and platform best practices • Collaborate with media buyers and strategy teams to align creative with performance goals
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creation (Meta, Instagram, TikTok) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail • Experience with e-commerce brands or performance marketing • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and Shopify (nice-to-have) • Understanding of conversion-focused creative strategies (nice-to-have) • Experience working in remote teams (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) (nice-to-have)
