📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of concurrent IT project requests each month and prioritize them effectively • Quickly analyze requirements and identify suitable freelancers through databases, job boards, and our network • Approach candidates, qualify them, and clarify availability and rates • Prepare candidate profiles and submit them within clearly defined response times • Follow established processes and keep statuses and data up to date in the systems at all times • Support candidates from initial outreach through project start • Manage your own accounts and ensure fast, accurate, and reliable delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Work quickly and in a structured manner while maintaining an overview even when handling multiple projects simultaneously • Enjoy speaking on the phone and approach people in an open, confident, and professional manner • Have strong organizational skills and work independently and reliably in a remote setup • Are ambitious and motivated to deliver measurable results • Have excellent German skills; English is a plus • Preferred: Experience recruiting for tech and IT positions • Preferred: Experience with MSP or high-volume recruiting
