📋 Description

• Create compelling and high performing static ad assets tailored for Meta, TikTok, and display placements. • Develop lightweight motion designs, including GIFs, simple animations, and short video edits. • Adapt creative for multiple formats, platform requirements, and aspect ratios. • Translate performance insights into rapid creative testing and iterative asset development. • Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, and copywriters to bring new concepts and angles to life. • Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions for testing. • Prepare and deliver production-ready files optimized for performance marketing environments. • Support clients with ongoing creative ideation and experimentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing paid social and performance marketing design work. • Experience building static ads and familiarity with direct-response creative best practices. • Ability to produce GIFs, lightweight animations, or simple video edits. • Comfort working within fast testing cycles and adapting creative based on performance data. • Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional partners. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or Figma.
