• Own revenue goals within this segment. • Develop and execute a business plan to grow our strategic partner segment, based on emerging market trends, Rightway’s value proposition and assets. • Establish KPIs to measure the success of strategic partnerships and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance. • Develop a prioritization framework and process to evaluate new strategic partnerships and distribution channels, including qualification of fit for Rightway’s model • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team responsible for executing partnerships. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. • Drive the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution for select deals. • Work closely with the EVP of Growth to align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives. Act as a key advisor and thought leader within the commercial leadership team. • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Product, Delivery, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership agreements. • Serve as a key ambassador for Rightway at industry conferences, events, and executive meetings.
• Bachelor of Science degree • Leadership skills: demonstrated track record of developing and retaining high performing teams with the ability to both drive results and create a positive team culture • Elevated judgment and problem solving skills • Ability to juggle a high volume of pipeline activity and manage competing priorities without letting things slip through the cracks • Strong internal stakeholder management and influencing skills • 10-15+ years of experience with at least 5 years of leadership in a strategic partnerships or BD leadership role within the healthcare or benefits industry • 4+ years of people management experience. • Deep understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape and the consulting community’s influence on purchasing decisions. • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
