📋 Description

• Conduct telephone interviews with participants for reputable nationwide studies in Germany • Administer telephone surveys using a provided questionnaire • Collect opinions on topics such as radio listening, quality of life, sustainability, travel and vacation behavior, and healthy eating • Contribute to telephone market research and social research projects • Participate in training sessions and workshops • Implement supervisors’ feedback on telephone technique and interaction with respondents

🎯 Requirements

• No prior experience as a call center agent required • Excellent German language skills • Enjoy speaking on the phone and interacting with people • Friendly and pleasant telephone manner • Clear and articulate pronunciation • Confident presence on the phone • Flexibility, team spirit, reliability and commitment • Careful and accurate working style • Good PC skills • Residence in Germany • At least 18 years old • Valid residence permit for non-EU citizens • No other secondary employment • Willingness to work 6–9 hours per week, with at least 3 hours per shift/session
