📋 Description

• Ensure the quality, stability, and compliance of enterprise applications • Develop and execute testing strategies aligned with enterprise change and release processes • Assess testing scope and prioritize testing activities using a risk-based approach • Design, document, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) • Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations • Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems • Validate data integrity across systems • Execute and validate regression testing • Identify, document, and track defects • Partner with development and business teams to identify quality risks • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Perform post-deployment validation (PVT) • Track and report quality metrics • Participate in change management and CAB processes • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or related roles • Experience testing enterprise applications, including ServiceNow and Salesforce • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing • Experience with enterprise testing across multiple systems and environments • Experience with IT change management processes and release cycles • Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and IT General Controls (ITGC) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Fluency in both English & Portuguese is required.
