📋 Description
• Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring their purpose and value are achieved • Coach teams and Product Owners in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles • Identify and remove impediments to team progress • Maintain and improve team standards, tools, and best practices • Provide Agile training and promote a continuous improvement mindset • Collaborate with management and other teams to enhance visibility and value delivery • Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share learnings and drive organizational improvement • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve the flow of value delivery across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master • Minimum 10 years of experience in the technology industry • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
