• Manage and expand the partnership with clients • Provide solutions and guidance to meet business objectives • Drive client lifecycle – leading to adoption, cross-sell, advocacy, and satisfaction • Deliver and communicate ROI throughout the client lifecycle • Build C-level and executive relationships • Ensure active engagement and full recognition of ROI • Develop key account plans including retention strategies and cross-sell opportunities • Meet/Exceed quarterly quota targets • Create awareness and demand for Rimini Street products and services • Identify, cultivate, and engage on cross-sell opportunities • Ensure client retention through driving retention strategy • Provide ongoing proactive client management through executive business reviews • Build and foster the Client Champion Community • Monitor client consumption of Rimini Street services • Maintain up-to-date client information in Salesforce.com and other systems
• 15+ years’ experience in Consultative Sales, Account Management, or Business Development • Good knowledge of the enterprise software industry • Specific experience with Oracle and/or SAP preferable • Experience dealing with CXO’s • Experience in managing a portfolio of clients in different industries • Experience in cross-selling – identifying opportunities through trusted advisor partnership with clients • Experience in renewing and/or negotiating client support contracts • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical clients • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Renewals, Marketing, Services, etc.) • Bachelor and/or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
