📋 Description

• Provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications. • Research, troubleshoot and support for global clients using FICO, TRM, and FSCM. • Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting. • Work closely with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs. • Provide remote-based functional support & training for multiple SAP FI/CO modules. • Develop application break fixes for critical product defects. • Manage one or more key assigned accounts as a technical/functional advisor. • Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to extend field experience to different client situations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant SAP experience particularly with all aspects of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO). • 5+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment • International experience desirable with country specific FICO knowledge in other regions. • Deep working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processes • Knowledge related to Brazilian localization tax and regulatory requirements, e.g., Sped, ICMS/IPI, NFe - Electronic Nota Fiscal. • Expertise with SAP 4.x and ECC, including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration, and administration of the application. • Superb technical trouble-shooting skills ability to debug code. • Fluency in both English & Portuguese is required.
