âą Act as an SAP FSCD functional Specialist in AMS support demands, ensuring high-quality incident and service request resolution âą Perform root cause analysis and propose definitive solutions for recurring issues âą Lead functional improvements and system evolutions aligned with business needs âą Engage with key users and business areas to gather requirements and validate solutions âą Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements âą Participate in integrated testing and user acceptance, ensuring functional compliance âą Support technical teams in analyzing integrations and flows between modules (FI, FSCD, FS-PM, FS-CM) âą Operate in compliance with change management and IT governance processes âą Contribute to functional documentation and knowledge base development âą Collaborate with local and global teams in a remote and multicultural environment
âą Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP FSCD, including configuration of collections and disbursements processes âą Solid experience with SAP FI (AP/AR), especially in environments integrated with FSCD âą 10+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment âą Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (minimum of 2 years) âą Proven track record in AMS support environments, focusing on incident resolution and continuous improvement âą Functional and technical knowledge in insurance processes: premiums, claims, coinsurance, and brokerage âą Experience with fiscal and regulatory localizations (preferably Brazil and LATAM) âą SAP certification and knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) are desirable âą Technical English for reading and writing; Spanish is a plus
