📋 Description
• Liderar la estrategia de aseguramiento de calidad (QA) • Coordinar al equipo de analistas de pruebas • Supervisar el ciclo de testing de principio a fin • Diseñar la estrategia integral de pruebas manuales • Monitorear y reportar indicadores de calidad • Gestionar el ciclo de vida de defectos (bugs)
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ años en el área de Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA) • 1-2 años liderando equipos de testing • Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum) • Conocimiento en diseño de planes y casos de prueba • SQL para verificación de datos • Deseable certificación ISTQB • Manejo de herramientas como: Jira, Xray, Zephyr, TestLink, Postman, SoapUI, Git • Experiencia básica en Selenium, Cypress, Playwright o Cucumber • Nivel de inglés: No requerido / No aplica
