• Attend court hearings • Conduct legal research • Draft motions • Take and defend depositions • Draft and respond to discovery • Other various tasks associated with litigation and trial work
🎯 Requirements
• Law Degree and Admission to the California Bar • Experience conducting legal research and drafting motions • Experience taking and defending depositions • Familiarity with state and federal court procedures • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Preferred to be able to attend in person court hearings, site inspections, etc. in the San Francisco Bay Area
