📋 Description

• Запуск, моніторинг та оцінка ефективності рекламних кампаній у Meta Ads із подальшою оптимізацією; • Проведення детального аналізу маркетингових кампаній та впровадження рішень для підвищення їх результативності; • Проактивна взаємодія з креативною командою та вдосконалення креативної стратегії; • Full-cycle ownership, від пошуку ідей для нових тем до розробки структури воронок та креативної стратегії;

🎯 Requirements

• Від 2-х років практичного досвіду у сфері User Acquisition з Meta Ads; • Розуміння ключових метрик performance-маркетингу (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, Hook rate); • Розвинені аналітичні навички та здатність ухвалювати рішення, спираючись на дані; • Володіння англійською мовою на рівні B2 або вище; • Високий рівень самостійності, ініціативності та готовність брати на себе відповідальність за результат.
