📋 Description
• Own the intelligence layer that powers how Risepoint engages with students • Lead AI/ML initiatives end-to-end—from scoping and design to implementation • Build and deploy predictive models to power proactive student outreach • Design and lead A/B testing programs to measure model-driven impact • Mentor teammates and raise the team’s technical bar
🎯 Requirements
• 5–8+ years in applied machine learning or data science • Strong background in predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and experimentation • Deep expertise in Python and SQL • Experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) • Experience with Databricks, MLFlow, dbt, and Dagster • Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
