📋 Description

• Lead the standardization of assigned pilots, special projects and processes for the Integrated Marketing team to ensure consistency and excellence and increase output. • Develop and optimize standard operating procedures, workflows, systems, templates, tools and reports for assigned pilots, special projects and processes. • Provide support on workflow and tech-enabled improvements to boost team efficiency and scalability including researching emerging trends, experimenting with new technologies, and implementing scalable solutions. • Collaborate to gain stakeholder buy-in and develop solutions with cross-functional teams in Marketing & Operations, Strategy & Research, Partner Management/Support, Sales Ops, Engagement, Retention, Business Technology, Academic Services, Finance and Legal. • Establish and monitor KPIs and other success metrics to assess effectiveness of pilots, special projects and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; Master's degree (MBA) strongly preferred. • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, portfolio management, or integrated marketing; agency or account management experience highly desirable. • 2+ years of partnering with teams across an organization to develop processes and solutions to create efficiencies and scale. • Demonstrated success managing highly complex projects and solutions through ambiguity. • Prior experience in higher education marketing, enrollment, or other mission-driven sectors highly desirable. • Strong digital marketing fluency; excellent communication skills and ability to influence across levels, including internal stakeholders. • Experienced people-leader and proven success in driving results in highly matrixed organizations. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or marketing analytics platforms a plus. • Must be eligible to work in U.S.
