• Support talent attraction efforts, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and early-stage recruitment processes. • Research and benchmark cutting-edge HR practices (e.g., hybrid work models, talent development, DEI strategies) and synthesize findings into actionable data-driven insights. • Help develop and maintain internal resources (e.g., toolkits, wikis, playbooks) to empower employees and managers. • Contribute to various People Team projects, such as process improvements, program rollouts, or other business transformation initiatives. • Assist in designing and deploying employee surveys (e.g., engagement, pulse checks) and analyze feedback to identify trends. • Develop strategic business cases for People initiatives, assessing organizational impact, scalability, and alignment with talent goals, and present recommendations to stakeholders of all levels. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or master’s degree program. • Preferred: Experience in consulting, strategic planning, growth strategy, business operations, or related fields. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights. • Structure and Project Management skills (frameworking, task prioritization, stakeholder management etc.). • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Collaborative problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, driving change through influence.
