📋 Description

• Manage and improve day-to-day operational processes • Monitor key metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements • Analyze operational costs and identify optimization opportunities • Support payment operations, including PSPs, payment methods, approval rates, settlements, and costs • Work with cross-functional teams on operational and business initiatives • Own projects end-to-end, from identifying a problem to implementing a solution • Build and improve internal processes, workflows, and documentation • Gain broad exposure to different areas of the business and take ownership of projects with measurable impact

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar role • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas and working with complex datasets • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and costs • Basic understanding of P&L and business efficiency • Strong ownership, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams • Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities • Experience in payments, FinTech, iGaming, or transactional businesses is a plus • Knowledge of PSPs and payment operations is a plus • Experience with international markets and analytics/reporting tools is a plus
