📋 Description

• Support customers across comments, reviews, email, live chat, and in-app channels for a mobile B2C product • Monitor the AI support agent’s conversations and day-to-day performance • Manage escalated cases and intervene when human judgment is needed • Turn recurring requests into automated workflows • Manage customer support across live chat and email • Monitor and respond to Facebook and Instagram comments • Monitor and respond to App Store and Google Play reviews • Resolve account, subscription, payment, refund, and product-related questions • Investigate customer issues using the internal platform • Reproduce bugs, document findings, and coordinate resolutions with the team • Identify recurring customer problems, feedback, and sentiment trends • Share actionable insights with product, engineering, and operations • Own each issue through resolution and follow up with the customer

🎯 Requirements

• CV in English only • English proficiency and experience using English • Ability to work across comments, reviews, email, live chat, and in-app support channels • Technical comfort with internal support platforms • Ability to investigate customer issues and reproduce bugs • Ability to document findings and coordinate resolutions • Ability to identify recurring customer problems, feedback, and sentiment trends • Ability to provide salary expectations in USD gross, before taxes
