📋 Description

• Manage both import and export ocean freight operations • Ensure day-to-day operations are handled effectively and efficiently • Handle ocean carrier bookings and review itineraries and logistics solutions proposed to clients • Ensure timely follow-up in accordance with service levels and client requirements • Coordinate customs clearance processes • Handle DGR shipments in compliance with Dangerous Goods Regulations • Coordinate the receipt, review, and processing of shipping documentation • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners • Communicate and negotiate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ocean Freight Operations • Fluency in French and English is mandatory • Spanish is also applicable; daily communication with the Latin American division may be required • Hands-on experience with DGR shipments • Strong knowledge of customs procedures • Experience with FCL and LCL shipments • Experience with Project Cargo shipments is preferred/an advantage • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills • Experience working with TMS/Carwise is considered a plus
