📋 Description
• Communicate with VIP clients across multiple channels and provide a high-quality customer experience; • Support the team in handling VIP client requests and ensuring timely follow-up on client-related issues; • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and engagement; • Contribute to client retention and reactivation activities; • Monitor client activity, key metrics, and behavioral changes to identify opportunities or potential risks; • Collaborate with internal teams and supervisors to resolve client requests efficiently and support service quality.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian • Experience in customer support, preferably with VIP or premium-segment clients • Basic understanding of iGaming products, player behavior, and key metrics • Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional, trust-based relationships with clients • Stress resilience and the ability to stay effective in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle sensitive client requests with tact, accuracy, and confidentiality • Readiness to work in a shift-based schedule, including night shifts
