• Design and implement HR strategies tailored to the needs of assigned departments, aligned with overall company goals • Act as the primary HR partner for managers and employees, providing expert guidance on HR matters • Drive smooth onboarding and integration processes to attract and retain top talent • Manage performance reviews and support development programs addressing department-specific needs • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies • Foster a positive work environment, mediate conflicts, and strengthen team dynamics • Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction within assigned departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development • Previous experience in the gambling/gaming industry is a plus • Strong understanding of HR best practices and processes • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels • Experience managing conflict and fostering a positive work environment • Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., Hibob, Asana) • Knowledge of performance management processes and employee engagement strategies • Proactive, results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions • English B2+ is highly desirable
