📋 Description

• Execute assigned service tasks for a book of business with accuracy and efficiency • Process policy transactions including certificates, endorsements, audits, and invoicing requests • Maintain accurate and up to date documentation within the system of record • Support client deliverables such as proposals, renewal materials, and loss analysis • Perform initial review and quality checks on quotes and policy documents • Contribute to team initiatives, retention efforts, and continuous process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Entry level to one plus years of experience in a professional or service environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work • Ability to follow processes and procedures with strong attention to detail • Solid analytical, problem solving, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain composure under pressure • Insurance license or willingness to obtain as required by the company
