📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and meet revenue targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with university administrators, student affairs leaders, and benefits managers • Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that align with institutional goals and student wellness priorities • Lead contract discussions, renewals, and pricing strategies with clients and internal stakeholders • Stay informed on regulatory changes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in student health insurance • Work closely with underwriting, marketing, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using sales tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field • Strong understanding of ACA compliance, waiver processes, and student health plan structures • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events • Experience working with self-funded and fully insured student health plans • Familiarity with university procurement processes and RFP responses • Existing relationships within the higher education sector • Familiarity with student health portals, waiver systems, and enrollment platforms • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License
