• Support customer onboarding activities and manage cases end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience • Handle customer data-related requests, including validation, correction, reporting, and data imports • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively • Generate insights by building SQL queries and extracting data from databases • Design and maintain dashboards for both customers and internal stakeholders • Manage data lifecycle activities: importing, extracting, validating, and maintaining data accuracy • Apply best practices in data reporting and analysis, ensuring strong data integrity, accuracy, and documentation • Work with multiple data sources, performing advanced extraction, transformation, and modeling
• 2+ years of experience in data extraction, manipulation, modeling, and reporting • Advanced SQL skills and strong Excel expertise • Good working knowledge of Power Query • Experience building data models, projections, and pivot tables from multiple data sources • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) • Native Polish language
