📋 Description

• Own the system architecture roadmap and key technical decisions for a portfolio of solutions • Coordinate and lead agile development teams to design, estimate, develop, test, and deliver commercial software products • Communicate the mission, architecture, deadlines, and expectations • Provide expert development, configuration, support, and enhancement of web and cloud SaaS multi-tenant solutions • Ensure system scalability and performance through appropriate architectural designs • Participate in project planning, including estimations, timelines, milestones, and progress tracking • Adjust plans and priorities as necessary • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, interdependencies, and impediments • Write clean code for functional web and server-side applications • Develop and design generic, secure, and scalable RESTful services and APIs • Mentor and coach junior team members • Perform other necessary duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of Web and Cloud development using various technologies, frameworks, and tools • Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing Cloud SaaS multi-tenant systems • Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies, environment, and services, including Application Gateway, Queues, Azure Function, and B2C • Expert knowledge of best practices in back-end architecture, including performance, security, and scalability • Good experience with C#, JSON, REST APIs, and JavaScript/TypeScript • Demonstrated experience leading development teams • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps • Good communication skills in English • Domain knowledge in life-cycle assessment is an asset • Knowledge or experience in Delphi is an asset • Strong facilitation and coaching skills • Ability to think creatively to find alternate solutions or creative ways to solve problems • Ability to work effectively independently and in a dynamic team environment • Proven time management, organizational, and follow-up skills to meet deadlines • Quality-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction • Excellent interpersonal skills • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes as needed • Strong work ethic and professionalism
