📋 Description
• Own sprint planning and roadmap execution with 30+ developers. • Coordinate across product, customer success, and ops (~20 teammates). • Keep projects on track, remove blockers, and report progress to leadership. • Support customer success with feedback prioritization (minimal customer-facing work).
🎯 Requirements
• 4–6 years in program management, product management, or operations. • Strong grasp of agile/scrum and sprint execution. • Startup experience preferred. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Familiarity with Jira/Trello/Asana/Notion.
