📋 Description
• Design, configure, and implement Ironclad CLM solutions based on business requirements. • Build and customize workflows, approvals, templates, forms, and playbooks within Ironclad. • Develop integrations between Ironclad and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, Slack, SAP, or other third-party systems using APIs. • Develop custom scripts, webhooks, and automation to enhance platform functionality. • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions. • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing implementations. • Perform unit testing, deployment, and post-production support. • Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices are followed. • Maintain technical documentation and support release management activities.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of software development experience. • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Ironclad CLM. • Strong understanding of Ironclad Workflow Designer, templates, forms, and approvals. • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. • Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, SQL, or similar technologies. • Experience integrating Ironclad with enterprise applications. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
