📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging eLearning courses using Articulate Rise • Apply instructional design principles to transform source content into effective learning experiences • Build knowledge checks, interactions, and assessments aligned to learning objectives • Ensure content meets SCORM and LMS compatibility requirements • Follow established templates, branding standards, and style guides • Create clear, structured storyboards that guide course development • Translate source materials and stakeholder inputs into engaging learner experiences • Organize content into logical learning flows supporting retention and application • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately • Conduct self-review and quality assurance checks • Ensure courses function correctly across devices and learning platforms • Meet project timelines and communicate risks, questions, and progress updates • Use GenAI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support content development and productivity • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and learner experience quality • Collaborate with Learning Experience Architects and Senior Instructional Designers

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of instructional design or eLearning development experience • Strong hands-on experience developing courses in Articulate Rise • Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline • Experience creating instructional storyboards • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Experience developing self-paced digital learning content • Strong written communication and content organization skills • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines • Experience with SCORM and LMS environments preferred • Exposure to scenario-based learning design preferred • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices preferred • Experience with AI-enabled content development workflows preferred • Exposure to Vyond, Synthesia, Runway, Canva, or Adobe Express preferred • Ability to work primarily 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. IST with occasional flexibility • Availability for approximately 40 hours per week for 1–3 months • Willingness to work as a freelance, independent contractor • Must be India-based
