📋 Description

• Own end-to-end NetSuite project execution including planning, design, build, testing, and go-live • Manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables • Lead NetSuite implementations covering: • System configuration using SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder • Functional setup across Financials, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) • Data migration and integration activities • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and facilitate: • Requirement gathering workshops • Solution design discussions • UAT coordination and go-live support • Coordinate with functional, technical, and data teams to ensure aligned execution • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes • Oversee SIT and UAT cycles, data validation, and overall go-live readiness • Ensure delivery meets quality standards, documentation requirements, and governance frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in ERP or IT consulting • Minimum 5 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience (mandatory) • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle NetSuite implementations • Strong project management and client-facing experience • Experience working with US- and Europe-based clients • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) • PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
