📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of SMB customers • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to help customers unlock the full value of Riverside • Drive product adoption and enable success at scale • Ensure long-term customer retention and growth • Lead regular business reviews and high-impact customer conversations • Identify opportunities for renewals and expansion • Represent the voice of the customer • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to influence roadmap priorities and share best practices • Build deep customer relationships and consult on Riverside’s role in broader business goals

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer success/customer support in a SaaS environment • Experience managing a high velocity of accounts • Desire to work remotely in a fast-paced startup environment • Tech-savviness and ability to learn Riverside’s product functionality • Ability to excel in achieving KPIs and targets • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute multiple tasks with deadlines
