• Respond to client requests for information and communication in a timely, professional manner • Conduct legal research and produce clear, accurate written work product • Prepare, fill out, and assemble immigration application forms and packets • Provide legal support to attorneys and team members across active and pending cases • Collaborate on case lists, deadlines, milestones, and case progress notes • Actively engage with attorneys and legal staff on case processes and legal questions
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish — this is a hard requirement • Strong persuasive writing and editing skills, including the ability to construct and evaluate legal arguments • An analytical mindset and a rigorous approach to evaluating evidence • High attention to detail, strong time management, and organizational discipline • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new technology tools • Windows computer highly preferred
