RLS Radiopharmacies is a nationwide radiopharmacy network specializing in the preparation, compounding, distribution, and delivery of PET, SPECT, and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging and targeted radiation therapy. Now part of Telix Pharmaceuticals, RLS operates a network of pharmacies and an in-house courier fleet, is Joint Commission accredited, and serves hospitals and clinics with same-day ordering, 340B pricing, and specialized nuclear pharmacy services led by experienced nuclear pharmacists and radiation safety officers.

📋 Description

• Own full regional P&L, including revenue growth, margin expansion, cost structure, and capital deployment across all assigned pharmacy sites • Define and execute regional growth strategy, including market expansion, new site development, capacity optimization, and customer segment prioritization aligned with enterprise objectives • Partner closely with Pharmacy Managers, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to identify and execute opportunities to improve margin, throughput, and productivity • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, workflows, and best practices across the region • Build strong cross-functional relationships to proactively solve issues, remove barriers, and support sustainable regional growth • Develop and lead a high-performing leadership bench across the region • Serve as a key contributor to enterprise operations strategy, providing input into network design, operating model evolution, and long-term growth planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (business, healthcare, operations or related field) • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments • Proven experience leading multi-site or regional operations with full P&L accountability • Demonstrated success driving business growth, margin expansion, and operational transformation across distributed teams • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally (e.g., Pharmacy, Operations, Finance, Quality, Compliance) to drive results • Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in a highly regulated setting • Experience developing leaders and building internal and external talent pipelines.
