📋 Description
• Evaluate customer interactions against defined quality standards • Calibrate with team leaders and trainers; provide actionable coaching feedback • Track quality trends and contribute to process and knowledge improvements • Support a multilingual, shift-based operation including weekends
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent Japanese and excellent English • Quality assurance / quality monitoring experience in customer-facing or BPO environments • Able to work from home anywhere in Malaysia, or overseas if visa-eligible • Degree + 3 years' relevant experience, or diploma + 5 years' relevant experience • Preferred: travel, hospitality, airline, booking-platform or BPO background • Support a multilingual, shift-based operation including weekends

• Monthly package of RM9,650 including RM1,650 monthly allowance • Work from home anywhere in Malaysia • Relocation support for overseas hires: RM1,500 one-time reimbursement against receipts
