📋 Description
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Japanese-speaking customer service agents • Build and maintain training materials, assessments and knowledge content • Partner with quality and operations on performance gaps and new-process rollouts • Support a rotational-shift operation including weekends as required
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent Japanese and excellent English • Training / facilitation experience in customer-facing or BPO environments • Able to work from home anywhere in Malaysia, or overseas if visa-eligible • Degree + 3 years' relevant experience, or diploma + 5 years' relevant experience • Preferred: travel, hospitality, airline, booking-platform or BPO background • Support a rotational-shift operation including weekends as required

• Monthly package of RM10,650 including RM1,650 monthly allowance • Work from home anywhere in Malaysia • Relocation support for overseas hires: RM1,500 one-time reimbursement against receipts • Full-time, permanent employment
