📋 Description

• Own Roamless's web products end-to-end across B2C and B2B • Own the roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption of web products • Drive the website experience and lead a new web product from scratch • Talk directly with customers and conduct user interviews • Partner with engineering, design, and data to translate customer problems into solutions • Work in Scrum to deliver iteratively • Collaborate with and energize senior engineers around a shared roadmap and vision • Use AI tools, including Claude Code, to improve product development efficiency • Define and track success metrics • Design A/B tests and use data to measure business impact • Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features • Help shape Roamless's product practices, ways of working, and product culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager at a tech company • At least 3 years owning web products • Hands-on experience with B2B web products • Highly analytical; comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and technical constraints • Experience with end-to-end product ownership across discovery, delivery, and adoption • Scrum experience working with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environment • Strong, clear, structured, and concise communication • Advanced AI fluency, ideally hands-on experience with Claude Code (nice to have) • Telco, travel, or marketplace experience (nice to have) • Passion for travel (nice to have) • Cross-platform experience with web and mobile (nice to have) • Startup or fast-paced environment experience (nice to have)
