📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of web and app development projects, including support and maintenance engagements • Manage project planning, sprint planning, execution, and closure with Development and QA teams • Drive timely sprint completion and minimize spillover • Ensure clear understanding of technical scope, deliverables, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Translate business and client requirements into clear technical-team deliverables • Maintain delivery momentum across parallel technical workstreams • Monitor progress against timelines, scope, quality, and dependencies • Identify technical risks, blockers, dependencies, root causes, and mitigation plans • Work with Engineering and QA teams to investigate issues and drive resolution • Challenge technical estimates, timelines, and dependencies when required • Escalate technical and delivery risks with recommendations and action plans • Lead client status calls and technical delivery discussions • Present project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items • Translate technical updates into clear client-facing communication • Coordinate UAT, including entry/exit criteria, issue tracking, and closure • Track, prioritize, and follow up on support tickets • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business stakeholders, clients, and technical stakeholders • Participate in technical discussions and translate decisions into project plans and delivery actions • Support realistic estimation and planning by understanding technical complexity and resource requirements • Facilitate communication across technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Digital Project Management, preferably within web or app development • Proven experience managing software development projects from planning through delivery • Experience working closely with Development and QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Solid technical understanding of web/mobile applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and common software development concepts • Ability to understand and actively participate in technical discussions with engineers and technical stakeholders • Ability to assess technical dependencies, challenge timelines/estimates, and identify potential delivery risks • Experience working with enterprise or demanding clients • Strong ownership mindset with a proven track record of driving technical delivery outcomes • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience managing support and maintenance contracts (plus) • Experience working with technical teams on API integrations or third-party integrations (plus) • Experience with cloud-based projects or platforms (plus) • Technical background in software development, engineering, QA, or a related technical field (plus) • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms (plus)
