📋 Description
• Lead the global health network to co-create and shape the LMIC Innovative Access Program • Connect internal and external stakeholders to scale impactful solutions for patients • Build trusted partnerships with key global players and oversee the strategic direction and execution of donation programs • Identify commercial access opportunities across public, government, and private healthcare sectors • Guide business planning for the Innovative Access Program and ensure delivery against objectives • Identify strategic partnerships with NGOs and drive alternative funding strategies for emerging countries and LMICs • Support internal/external communication and reporting, collaborate with Roche Pharma on LMIC strategy, and travel up to 30% as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree or equivalent with subject matter expertise in economics, science, public health etc. • 10+ years professional experience in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver in a matrixed cross-functional environment • Regional experience in one or more of the following regions: Africa & Middle East (AfME), South and South East Asia, Latin America is required • Fluent in written and verbal English and excellent communication skills, relationship building, networking and influencing skills.
