• Be the first voice of Redfin and earn customer business • Handle live phone calls and inquiries from customers • Match prospective customers with a local Redfin Agent • Advise customers on real estate products and next steps
🎯 Requirements
• Active real estate license required • Previous inside sales experience preferred • Real estate transaction experience preferred • Strong multitasking skills • Clear and concise verbal and written communication • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system preferred • Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience a plus
