📋 Description

• work on an innovative and scalable platform that originates personal loans • write clean, tested, and well-documented code • provide peer code review and mentor other engineers on the team • own meaningful product and technical initiatives end to end • collaborate directly with product and business partners to make impactful tradeoffs • measure success by impact: conversion, adoption, reliability, and user outcomes • lead by example and set engineering standards through work • constantly look for leverage and small incremental improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • hands-on experience building, shipping, and supporting production software using Node.js, React, and TypeScript • experience owning: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, production monitoring and observability, post-production support and iteration • experience handling regulated or sensitive data (PII/PIFI) responsibly and intentionally
