• Lead end-to-end service transition delivery across strategic managed service programmes • Own the design, transition, implementation and handover of new and changed services into operations • Manage complex transitions across network transformation, security, service desk and infrastructure services • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and operational teams to deliver scalable service models • Ensure transitions are delivered within scope, commercial boundaries, and quality standards • Establish and maintain a robust Service Transition Framework, including governance, standards, templates and reporting • Identify and mitigate service design and transition risks • Drive a right-first-time delivery culture with strong operational readiness and structured handovers • Produce Operational Service Manuals (OSMs) and transition documentation
• Proven experience in Service Transition and/or Service Delivery within MSP environments • Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks • Demonstrable experience managing complex technical service transitions • Ability to operate as a hands-on, delivery-focused “doer” • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Eligibility for security clearance (SC/DV or NPPV3)
