📋 Description

• Responsible to grow business with existing and new customers • Own the strategy, sales budget and customer satisfaction of accounts in the assigned territory • Develop and execute a sales growth plan to achieve long term strategic growth plan • Arrange and facilitate key customer visits within the region for marketing and other functional employees in support of the territory sales objectives • Manage and develop the relationship with key customers on all levels • Use Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to document visit reports, new opportunities, contracts and market conditions within assigned territory • Recommend new processes or strategies to capture or protect business opportunities for the company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field • May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree • 6+ years of experience in sales and direct account management • 2+ years experience negotiating contracts with large, tier 1 customers • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
