📋 Description
• Responsible for the full customer cycle from onboarding to regular business reviews • Collaborate with clients to scale digital promotions and commercial activities • Provide analytical and business insights to elevate clients' ROAS and ROI • Learn about e-commerce business and strategies behind successful brands • Work closely with other members of the Customer Success team
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or account management in connection with performance marketing • Solid knowledge of Google and Meta Ads (or expert level) • Strong business acumen and data analytics skills • Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus) • Independent self-starter motivated to have an impact.
