📋 Description

• Lead the social security function, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and value creation for clients • Coordinate a technical team of analysts and consultants, fostering professional development and high performance • Serve as a technical authority on social security matters, including INSS, social security contributions, offsets, reviews, planning, and recovery opportunities • Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, risk mitigation, and compliance with deadlines • Identify opportunities for savings and recovery of social security credits • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes • Implement process improvements and efficiency gains

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • Solid experience in corporate social security matters • Previous team management experience • In-depth knowledge of social security legislation and compliance obligations • Experience with offsets, credit recovery, or social security planning • In-depth knowledge of eSocial
