• Leitung und Gestaltung von Projekten in der Bau-/Baustoffindustrie und im Chemicals/Materials-Bereich • Beratung von Bauzulieferunternehmen, Baustoffhändler:innen, Bauunternehmen, Facility/Industrial Management und Corporate Real Estate Management • Betreuung von Kund:innen in wachstumsstarken Märkten der Chemie- und Werkstoffindustrie • Entwicklung und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter Konzepte (Strategie, Prozessgestaltung, Organisationsformen) • Inhaltliche Arbeit an Themen rund um Strategie, Operations, M&A, Nachhaltigkeit und Transformation
🎯 Requirements
• Hervorragender Abschluss an einer Universität oder internationalen Business School im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge • 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung mit mindestens 20% Projektfokus auf Construction oder Chemicals Themen • Berufserfahrung in der Industrie mit Schwerpunkt Construction oder Chemicals von Vorteil • Ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Hintergrund oder ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Interesse • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe intellektuelle Fähigkeiten sowie ganzheitliche Denkweise • Integrativer Führungsstil sowie ausgeprägte Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten • Auslandserfahrung • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
