📋 Description

• Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. • Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities. • Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. • Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. • Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. • Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. • 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience. • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills. • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
