📋 Description

• Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. • Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. • Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities. • Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations. • Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization. • Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. • Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively. • Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. • Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback. • Leads end-to-end integration validation and troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred. • 10+ years in HRTech consulting. • Multi-module expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience. • Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities. • Proven track record in people development and practice capability building. • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
