📋 Description
• Independently delivers HRIS module configurations and manages client interactions. • Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. • Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. • Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. • Deliver end-user training on different modules. • Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. • 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations. • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc). • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills. • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
