📋 Description

• Partner with PMO/leadership to define and implement scheduling standards, methods, and best practices • Continuously improve scheduling practices, templates, and guidelines based on lessons learned • Own the design and integrity of the master IT project schedule in Microsoft Project Server • Analyze schedule data to identify cross-project impacts, critical paths, resource/contention issues • Lead the design and refinement of WBSs and WBS dictionaries for IT projects • Facilitate workshops with project managers, product owners, business stakeholders, and technical leads • Serve as the primary coach and advisor to IT project managers on WBS development and schedule structuring • Lead selected complex IT projects end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT project management experience • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project Server • Project management best practices • Experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation • Experience with ITSM based services • Security Clearance: Active Secret • Education: BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology (6 years of related experience or 4 years of related experience with an AA/AS degree allowed)
