📋 Description
• Build and maintain prospect lists (list building, light research) • Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, existing contacts) • Follow up on inbound/outbound leads, book meetings, and do basic qualification • Support account management (take notes, track next steps, send recap emails) • Create reports and automations in CRM to optimize your workflow • Join mentoring sessions • Closely collaborate with Recruitment
🎯 Requirements
• You have experience in Sales at least 2-3 years • Tech-savvy with a knack for turning tools into simple, repeatable workflows • Proactive, curious, organized • Fluent Hungarian and English • Basic outbound know-how (LinkedIn + email outreach) and solid research skills • Good time management—you can juggle multiple leads and deadlines
